Frank Bonnarens, M.D.
Frank Bonnarens, M.D., graduated in 1983 from Suny Downstate Medical Center in New York and completed his orthopaedic residency program at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. Prior to joining Orthopaedic Associates, Dr. Bonnarens served in the Air Force as an orthopaedic surgeon until 1992. Dr. Bonnarens is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr. Bonnarens is an associate clinical professor of surgery at the University of Louisville. He specializes in shoulder, knee and joint replacement surgery.
Navin Kilambi, M.D.
Navin Kilambi, M.D., is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He graduated with an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and earned admission to the medical honor society, AOA, upon graduation with high honors from Medical School. After completing orthopaedic surgery residency, Dr. Kilambi served in the United States Navy at the U.S. Naval Medical Center in San Diego and on the USNS Mercy Hospital Ship.
Dr. Kilambi completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center. He has also been appointed as an assistant clinical professor in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
Dr. Kilambi practices with the goal of providing excellent orthopaedic care with education of his patients and explanation of treatments. This allows his patients to better understand their injuries or illnesses and the treatment options available to them. His practice focuses on orthopaedic surgery with special interest in Sports Medicine and limited invasive Arthroscopic Surgery.
